Take the Trail Challenge!
On Saturday August 24, 2024, Ride to the Challenge! Falls Area Bicyclists and our partners challenge you and your family to ride the entire Sioux Falls Bike Trail. Our theme, CIVILITY WINS, encourages safe and polite interactions between bicyclists, runners, walkers, and drivers both on the trail and on our streets. 
Challenge Options:
Full Challenge - Complete the entire 20 mile paved bike trail loop. Optional 10 mile extra credit loop is available. Water, snack, and fun support stations will again be spaced around the trail.
Half Challenge - We will provide a shuttle service back to the start from roughly the 10 mile mark. A great options for families with little ones, runners, or walkers.
Name Your Own Challenge - Just get outside and enjoy the day and support outdoor recreation in Sioux Falls.

10:00am Registration Opens
10:30am Start
Start & End at Remedy Brewing Company - 401 E 8th St.
Fresh Fruit at Start, grilled food at the end.
Course closes at 2:00pm
Aid Stations
Make sure to stop at the many fun and informational aid stations conveniently spaced around the trail.
Trail Challenge Finisher Socks
Finish the challenge to get free super-soft socks!
Adult Registration Options:
$25 - Membership
$30 - Adults - Register on-line.
Register by August 10th to be guaranteed socks.
$40 - Adults - Day of Event Registration
$45 - Membership + Event (save $5 on membership and ride with this option!!)
FREE - Kids 14 and under register for free with adult registration! Make it a family celebration. We had so many families complete the bike loop together for their first time!
Proceeds from the Trail Challenge will support FAB's outreach and advocacy to raise awareness of bicyclists rights on our Sioux Falls streets and to promote safe and courteous interactions between users of our trail system.
